After you open up the linkURL, the below dialog web page will appear:
The first button [Start Rapla with Java webstart] will initiate a download of the custom JNLP file for your Rapla.

The fourth [Exported Calendars] is very useful. It lists all the published web calendars configured under your username.
Workflow
- Click on the first button, it will download JNLP file on your PC
- Click on the downloaded file, Rapla login window will pop up
- Enter the Username and Password and click Login.
