Course Packet (generates UID5)
This The courses packet is the a sub type packet of Course of Study Group, which links to Course of Study via UID3. This Courses packet is required for all courses that are reportable to TCSI. It is importatnt that this packet is completed and validated before students are enrolled into this course. Failing to have a UID for a course enrolment will cause TCSI validation errors.

Campus Packet
For each Each campus location that traches teaches a course or unit you must submit a have an associated campus record. This must be completed packet should be entered and validated before any course or unit enrolments are entered and pushed to TCSI other wise you will get as it will generate validation errors.

There must be present a fees extension sub packet for each course A campus course fess record is required for every course on campus record. This sub packet is required for every parent record.
