Situation
EFTSL load in the base unit has a different value than what client has entered
Troubleshooting Steps
1) Click on the tab labelled 'Units'. This will take you to the units screen
2) Click on the side menu option 'Search' and you will be presented with the search option to locate the required unit
3) In the box labelled 'Unit Name' enter the name of the unit and press the 'Search Unit' button. This will return you a list of units matching your search criteria
4) Click on the unit name
5) On the top menu click on the 'Audit' button
6) Scroll down the screen to the Audit log entries and view the logs
