Overview
If you have existing Course Outlines with almost or exactly the same scheduled units and outline rules as the Course Outline that you are about to make, then this Paradigm feature will address that concern, saving you the time to create Course Outlines from scratch. The workflow below will guide you on how to copy the outline rules you’ve set from your previous courses and copy them to your newly offered courses. It is highly advised that you will still do due diligence, making sure that all the scheduled units and rules apply to your newly created Course Outline.
Workflow
NOTE: The instructions below assume that (this note is applicable if the course where the outline rules are to be copied is a new course offer in your business or institution) the Base Course record has already been created and is already being scheduled or offered, see Add New Course Offer.
