AVETMISS Contact Person can be updated by the Provider, however, you must ensure that there is only ever one contact record that currently holds that role. Any other contact must have that role removed from their contact record, at the same time that the role is added to a different person.

1. To avoid duplicates, you have to make sure that the new AVETMISS Contact person doesn’t exist in the system by trying to search for that new contact’s details first via the Contacts > Search menus on the side, see How to Search for a Contact in Paradigm.
