How to use the Free Appointment option when creating new Paradigm Session/Event/Appointments1. After you created your Paradigm Session/Event/Appointments – if you have an issue with the availability of the resources, click the free appointment>> button under the Appointments section. 2. On the right side of that section, adjust the day and time, and; 3. Observe the Allocations section below, all the resources which are being utilised for that specific day and time that you’ve set. Alternatively, you can keep clicking the free appointment>> button and at the same time observe the resources available below. Note that the default change of time when that button is used is every 15 minutes. |
