Overview
The Student Summary page displays detailed information about a student. This would include the student’s personal information (e.g. status, contact details, photo, etc.), course and units enrolments, reports, reviews, and requests. This page will not only let you view the student information – it will also give you options to process (print, email, edit) the information available. This knowledge article describes each section found on this page and the how-to guides that relate to this menu.

How to Load the Student Summary PageNOTE: If a student record is already loaded in the system, to go to the Student Summary Page, all you need to do is choose the Student > Summary menus on the side as mentioned in the alternative steps below. This will then open the student summary page of the student. Else, refer to the steps below on how to load a student record and getting to the student summary page.

Load the selected student summary page. Once you’ve found the student, click the blue hyperlink Student Number under the Student No column. This will automatically load the Student Summary page.  NOTE The appearance of the student summary screen is highly customisable on a per site basis. The contents of this article refer to what is typically used in a standard deployment of Paradigm. | Info |
