There are four components to PRODA credentials that are required to successfully enable the TCSI integration. These are outlined below together with an example testing credential.
Two credentials relate to the Organisation and two relate to the Device, and they appear in different sections of the PRODA portal page.

The PRODA credentials may be shared in a secure way with Silverband by raising a ticket support request via the Silverband Help-desk Portal. All four of the items in the table above must be included when you raise the ticket.
