Navigate to PROVIDER > Search
Use the search fields to load the primary HEP of your Paradigm site
Scroll down the page and locate the field labelled “Provider “Parent Reporting Provider”
Select the primary HEP from the available option(s)
Update any missing required fields from the list defined above
Click the “Save Details” button to save the changes
