Overview

This is a section of the whole KB, by having this section, user will be able to jump to the any part of KB with a click.

Note that this you can create dot point as sub headings under each sections and they will show up in this table as sub links.

Report purpose

The report is created to provide a statement that contains all of the information about the deferred course including information about the student enrolled in the course, name, BOD, studentIdstudent Id, the course the student is doing and the home provider, when the student start and finish the deferral.

  1. Click on the Student tab in the side menu
  2. Click on the Search option in the side menu
  3. Enter at least one of the following options in to the relevant search box: 
    • Student No, 
    • Preferred Name, 
    • Given Name, 
    • Family Name / Surname, 
    • Previous Last Name
  4. Click on the Search StudentImage RemovedStudent button.
  5. This will show a list of students that meet these criteria
  6. To filter the list of students, in the search box Image Removed above box  above the list of students, start typing the student's first or given name. 
  7. When you see the record for the student you are looking for, click on the student number for that student, highlighted in blue in the left column of that row.
  8. The student's record has now been loaded into the Student Summary page.
  9. Click on the Action menu of the course to be deferred. The Action menu will open
  10. Click on Edit Course Enrolment option in the Action menu
  11. Click on the Action menu of the course to be deferred. The Action menu will open
  12. Click on Edit Leave  option in the Action menu.
  13. Click on the Add New  button
