  1. Click on Contact tab in the side menu, 
  2. Click on Add New in the side menu
  3. Enter the Required information - minimum required fields are :(refer to the above table)
      • Given name
      • Family
      • Name
      • name
      • Contact Status
      • Email
      • AddressHome Institution 
      • Date of Birth (DOB)
  4. Click on Save Contact Button.
