SearchFrom here a search can be conducted for Courses that currently exist in the system. These courses can be either Current (Active), Retired (Archived), or pending commencement (Pending)
Add NewAdd Courses can be added to the System from this section. Once created Student can be enrolled in the Active Course
Edit DetailsDetails within the Course can be edited or updated from here.
OutlineThe Course outline rules behind the Course Plan. From here units can be added or removed as well as rules around unit / subject teaching scope (Prerequisites, Co-requisites, Disallowed units, Core Units and Electives)

Editing data in any of these options has implications across the entire system and at various if not all security levels. Please ensure that any changes or updates are carefully thought through all of the implication prior to actioning.

Workflow

How to load options within the Courses Tab

  1. Click on the Courses Tab in the Side Menu
  2. Select the Option to Be opened by Clicking on it
  3. The Page has now been loaded
