The Training organisation (NAT00010) file provides identifying information about a registered
training organisation for the National VET Provider Collection. This file is used to identify training
organisation characteristics e.g. location and type.
Rules
Only one record per Training organisation identifier in this file.
File relationships
For each unique Training organisation identifier in the Training organisation (NAT00010) file, there
must be at least one corresponding record in the:
Training organisation delivery location (NAT00020) file or
Program completed (NAT00130) file

How to create an AVETMISS contact: You can assign the role of AVETMISS contact to a contact via Contacts > Edit details > Assigned roles for contact, click on Assign Role button. Once you set it up, the contact will appear in the list of drop-down options. 5. Click on Produce Report button 6. In the new page, right click on the blue hyperlink 'Here is the file' and choose save the link as.. 7. Save the file on you preferred location 8. Open the file and double check the file content. *Note: Refer to the report details and the above file structure you will find out where to fill out the missing information. |
