Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (E632) is not consistent with the Basis for Admission Code (E327).

...

This error occurs when the student course enrolment has been reported with a blank or zero value for field Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (E632) and a basis of admission packet that declares the student was admitted with consideration for ATAR. The contradiction being that if the student was admitted based on ATAR, then the provider should know the ATAR and therefore be in a position to report the ATAR score. There are two potential options for resolving the error, both being performed via the Student TCSI Edit screen:

1. Student was admitted based on ATAR - Enter the known ATAR score in the field Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (E632) and then submit the course enrolment record to TCSI. Ensure that all validation errors are resolved.

To edit the Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (E632) field, go to Student > Course Enrolment > Student TCSI Edit, scroll down and look under the COURSE ENROLMENT DETAILS section. See below screenshot for the location.

...

  2. Student was not admitted based on ATAR - change the contents of the basis of admission packet to a value for E327 that does not state ATAR was a consideration for admission and then re-submit the credit packet. Once done, re-submit the course enrolment record again to ensure that there are no lingering validation errors.

To edit the Basis For Admission Code (E327) field, go to Student > Course Enrolment > Student TCSI Edit, scroll down and look for the COURSE ENROLMENT: ADMISSION section. Click the 📝 EDIT button to edit. See below screenshot for the location.📝
