TCSI is unable to distinguish the difference between this unit enrolment being saved, and one that's already been reported.
If the student has enrolled into the same unit twice, this conflict will occur - even if one has been enrolled in previously.
The one that has been enrolled should then be deleted, and the one that is active should be reported.
If both are withdrawn, then either one can be deleted, as there is no way for TCSI to identify the difference between the two.
