AVETMISS Contact Person can be updated by the Provider, however, you must ensure that there is only ever one contact record that currently holds that role. Any other contact must have that role removed from their contact record, at the same time that the role is added to a different person.

Load or Create a new record for the

New AVETMISS Contact Person

1. To avoid duplicates, you have to make sure that the new AVETMISS Contact person doesn’t exist in the system by trying to search for that new contact’s details first via the Contacts > Search menus on the side, see How to Search for a Contact in Paradigm.

2. After checking for duplicates, if an existing record has been found for that new AVETMISS Contact person, proceed to the instruction below

(3) to assign it a role. If there is none, you can now proceed to creating the new Contact Record. Refer to the instructions on this how-to guide: How to Create or Add a New Contact or User in Paradigm.

Go to the ASSIGNED ROLES FOR CONTACT section, and click the DELETE button (bin icon) against the role that says AVETMISS CONTACTContact.
