Bulk List File [5 Students' FIELDS Required]

You can use this option if you have an existing CSV file (valid with all the required fields matching to Paradigm) with a list of students that you want to be added in to a bulk list to perform bulk operations in Paradigm.

Required Fields: Course Enrolment Id, Student Number, Student Firstname, Student Lastname, and Program Id

Take note of the format of your file before you do the upload:

Bulk List File: As mentioned in the message/instruction on the Upload Bulk List screen (shown in the screenshot below) when uploading from a file import with two or more fields, you have to make sure that you have these field names as headers in your CSV file [Course Enrolment Id, Student Number, Student Firstname, Student Lastname, Program Id].

After making sure of the format of your source file based on the above recommendations, just make sure that the file is saved as a CSV file and you are now ready to proceed with the upload.

1. Choose Student > Upload Bulk List menus on the side. This will load the student bulk upload screen. On At the top of the page, click the Browse button under the file sectioned Bulk List File. Locate and select the CSV file that you’ve prepared based on the above recommendations.

2. After selecting the file, click the LOAD FILE button. This will populate the list taken from your sourced file.

3. With all the list lists populated, you can then click the PROCEED WITH BULK LIST to start with whatever bulk operations you are trying to perform in Paradigm.
