This part of the KB states the basic requirements for user to be able to understand this KB or any access required to carry out the task explained in this KB.

In this section, important key terms and concepts involved in the process of carrying out the tasks explained in this KB will be listed, and each of these concepts and terms will be explained.

It is recommended to use table for convenience when it is appropriate.

Workflow

How to add Assessments to Base Units

Click on the Units tab in the side menu
Click on the Unit Details option in the side menu
Click on the Edit Details option in the Side menu
Enter any combination of Unit Code, Unit Name, Unit Provider, Start Date, End Date (Paradigm requires at least one search criteria)
Click on the Search Unit Button.
This will return a list of units that meet the searched criteria
To reduce the returned options start typing the name of the unit into this box The returned results will reduce to match the criteria.
Click on the blue hyper link on the left side of the required record.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the New Assessment Button
Enter the Assessment name. Be specific so that the correct marks can be entered against the correct assessment later.
Click the Assessment Type drop box and select the assessment type
