Paradigm Error Resolution

This error might happen if a student record has no UID yet or the Course record is not set to Active and has not yet been reported to TCSI. To resolve this error, refer to the instructions below:

1. Load the student details in Paradigm, _{see Student - Edit Details.}

2. Click the SAVE STUDENT button - this will try to submit the student record to TCSI.

3. Load the Course record, _{see Edit a Course Record.}

4. Ensure that the Course Status is set to Active and click the SAVE COURSE button to trigger a resubmission of the course record to TCSI.

5. Resubmit affected course and unit enrolment records by loading and saving each record.
