For an overseas student this should be their international address. For domestic student living away from home, this may be their home address from another state in Australia.
Where to find? Student > Student Details > Student TCSI Edit
Which section? STUDENT DETAILS > Permanent/Billing Address Details section

How to Edit? Student > Student Details > Edit Contact Info – Billing (Permanent/Billing Address)
If you’ve chosen any of the countries from the dropdown menu, the values sent and returned to and from Paradigm and TCSI should be in between 1101 to 9299, else 9999.
