Overview

A contact is a non-student system user who may or may not have an account to directly access Paradigm. Examples of contacts include administration staff, lecturers, teachers, etc. This page will provide you the links of all the associated knowledge articles under the Contacts Menu, and below the links are the brief overview of each sub-menu.

Contacts - Search, Add and Edit

Overview

The Edit Contact Info menu in Paradigm will let you add and edit the user's personal contact details. Multiple addresses can be stored within the system, including residential and postal addresses, emergency contact details, and if required, employer addresses. This knowledge article will provide a workflow on how you can add a Contact or User’s Contact Information in the system.

Contacts - Login

Overview

The Contacts Login menu in Paradigm will let you assign different access levels to a contact in your business or institution, depending on how you want that user to use or access the different areas of the system. This knowledge article will describe all the access levels possible in Paradigm, as well as the workflows on how you can assign a contact’s login credentials, update, edit, and disable logins.
