Overview
The Assessments sub-menu under the Student main menu in Paradigm will let you edit assessments and units results per student, and also upload student's assessment files or projects in the system. The page will also show you the student course academic progress (credit points granted, earned, enrolled, GPA, weighted GPA, and the total Credit Points). This knowledge article will provide you the workflow on how to edit, delete, and auto update the grade assessments results in Paradigm.

How to the Assessments Results Search for and load the student record. Verify and confirm that the loaded course enrolment is the correct one. Choose Student > Course Enrolment > Assessments menus on the side. Identify the scheduled unit containing the assessment results that you want to edit. Click the ACTIONS button on the right of that scheduled unit, and then click Edit Assessments. Scroll down the page and go to the EDIT ASSESSMENTS RESULTS Form section. Identify the assessment(s) records that you want to edit. You can edit the Raw Mark, Awarded Mark, Awarded Grade, and the Status fields and then click the SAVE RESULT button. However, if you want to edit more details of the assessment result, continue to step .Three Types of Save Button:
SAVE RESULT – this button will just save the marks you’ve entered or edited. COPY RAW MARK TO AWARDED MARK AND AUTO UPDATE GRADE – this button will let you enter the marks once under the Raw Mark column, and it will automatically copy the information to the Awarded Mark, and at the same time update the grade. SAVE RESULT/AUTO UPDATE GRADE– this button will let you save the marks you’ve entered or edited and at the same time update the grade. Click the 📝EDIT button on the right of the assessment record to be edited. The 📝EDIT button will open the scheduled assessments result details form with all the editable fields. (This will also show you the Original Awarded Mark and Grade if there were entered.)Refer to the editable fields below that you can possibly edit. Edit the required information, and click the SAVE RESULT button to apply the changes.

How to or the Unit Results Associated to the Assessments Refer to the instructions above ( How to the Assessments Results) on how you could get to the EDIT ASSESSMENTS RESULTS section of the page. To see all other scheduled unit enrolments associated to the scheduled assessments that you’ve searched, click the EDIT UNIT RESULTS button.Image Added The EDIT UNIT RESULTS button will open the EDIT STUDENT RESULTS Form page where you can edit the Grade Description, System and Dest Enrolment Status, Result Comments, and also use the following action buttons relating to the assessment results of all the students enrolled to the scheduled unit: recalculate results from assessments, unpublish results, calculate and save results from assessments, save results and set enrolment status from grade, save results and assign grades, save results, print assessment results, edit class assessment results, and publish results.You can also enter the Grade Release Date from this page.
