Overview

The forms, fields, and labels that you can see in the Application Portal are all highly customisable. Except for the settings of mandatory or required fields, setting fields and editing labels are possible to configure on your end as a FULL ADMIN user of Paradigm. Setting mandatory or required fields is part of the onboarding process and is configured by Silverband.

1. The fastest way possible you can make the fields visible (found in the Application Portal) is to copy the LINK/URL of the specific Application Portal page where the fields you want to hide is/are located to your main FULL ADMIN Paradigm account.

2. Once the page is opened on your Paradigm FULL ADMIN account, you will now have the option to click on the Edit Labels button, right on top, click the icon on each field that you want to hide, and select the EDIT FORM FIELD option.
