When applicants open the Registration Form link, it requires them to enter four of the required personal details (First Name, Last Name, Birth Date, and Email Address). These are also the minimum required four fields to create a student record in Paradigm.

The applicant will arrive at the URL provided by you, normally in this format: <hostname>/php/applicant_register_form.php. Then they will see the following screen. Firstly, it will ask for their First and Last Name, Birth Date, and Email Address.

2. The system will check and validate the information entered, it will only allow the applicant to click the REGISTER button once all the fields are validated – showing a green checkmark on inside of each field.
