Workflow

module associated with enrolment activity during the collection period.
A unit of competency, accredited unit or module can be studied independently but is usually
offered as part of a qualification, course or skill set.

The Subject (NAT00060) file provides information about units of competency, accredited units and
modules that are undertaken and/or completed by clients during the collection period.

File relationships

For each unique Subject identifier in the Subject (NAT00060) file there must be at least one
corresponding record in the:
Training activity (NAT00120) file.
If there are no subject enrolments and therefore no Training activity (NAT00120) file, then the
Subject (NAT00060) file is not required.

title1. How to run NAT00060 Subject file
  1. Click on the Report tab on the side menu 

  2. Click on AVETMISS option on the side menu

  3. Find Unit of Competency (NAT00060) file, click on Get Report blue button

  4. Refer to the following parameters of generating a report

  • Institution: choose the VET course provider

  • AVETMISS Report template: choose 2018 NAT00010 Training Organisation (Note: Government has no major updates to the AVETMISS reporting guidelines since 2018)

  • AVETMISS Contact (Note: this field is only relevant if you are submitting Victorian VET reporting)

How to create an AVETMISS contact: You can assign the role of AVETMISS contact to a contact via Contacts > Edit details > Assigned roles for contact, click on Assign Role button. Once you set it up, the contact will appear in the list of drop-down options.

  1. Click on Produce Report button

  2. In the new page, right click on the blue hyperlink

'Here is the file' and choose save the link as..

  1. Save the file on you preferred location

  1. Open the file and double check the file content.
