Make sure that you have loaded the intended student's record, and have selected the intended course. Changing the graduation details for an unintended course or student could have system-wide implications for a different student or a different course enrolment.

Follow the steps in Student - Search and click on the Student No highlighted in blue to load the Student Summary page. Click the ACTIONS button Image Removedand choose the Edit Course Enrolment option to load the student record directly into the Course Enrolment page.

Follow the steps in Student - Search Course to search through all students currently enrolled in a specific course. Filter the list of students until you can choose your intended student and click the Edit icon Image Removedto load the student record directly into the Course Enrolment page.

  1. Load the Student Record,  follow the steps here: Student - Search 

  2. Click on the Course Enrolment option

  3. Move down the side menu and click

    Click the Course option and expand it.

  4. The COURSE ENROLMENT LIST section at the top of the page shows you a list of all course enrolments for this student.

  5. Click on the ACTIONS
