Click on the Units option in the menu

Click on the Search Scheduled Units option

Type in the Scheduled Unit Id Unit Code or Scheduled unit Name and click the Search Scheduled Unit button

Put a tick in the select box at the far right end of the row for the chosen unit enrolment(s)

Click the Add Scheduled Units To List buttonAmong a list of returned results, click the blue hyperlink of the right Scheduled Unit No.

Scroll down the page as if necessary, to the Scheduled Unit Details section

Set values for the Start Date and End Date

Scroll down toward the bottom of the section, and change the find the field called Flexible Learning

Change the value of the field Flexible Learning to Yes

Click the Save Scheduled Unit button

This would allow you to adjust the expected End Date field on the student’s Unit enrolment screen
