Objective
Upon Completion of this KB the user will be able to search and produce a bulk list of students within courses with a particular enrolment status.
Assumptions
- The User has access to Paradigm.
- The user has an understanding of the Australian Tertiary Education System.
Please note: Depending on the individual users levels of access not all pages will be available or editable. If you have Full Admin level access and the pages still isn't visible it maybe either not being used at your institution or have been hidden. For more information contact the Silverband help desk.
Key terms and concepts
Field | Brief Description |
---|---|
Course Name | The name of the Course the students are studying |
Enrolment Status | The stage or students status of the students course: eg Applied, Enrolled, Completed, Deferred, Leave of Absence. This list will be determined by what statuses are used within your institution. |
Home Institution | To which institution do these students belong to. This is only relevant if there are more that one is within your Provider. |
Funding Type | What funding type is the student using to pay for this course. Fee-HELP, HECS-HELP, Upfront, Scholarship |
Start Date | On what date / Study period did the students commence the course |
End date | On what date / Study period are the students expected to Complete the course |
Contact mode | What is the main contact mode the student is doing to complete this course. Attending, Online, Distance. These options are determined by what your institution is offering |
Contact hours | Is the student studying full time or part time |
Order By | By what field do you want the list to be ordered by |
