Overview
After you’ve made a decision on the application, given that the applicant is successful and you’ve sent the course offer letter, the applicant will now review the study offer, accept the terms, and will be given access to the Student Portal where the enrolment to the units of the scheduled course happens. The applicant will now officially be considered as a Student and the Course Enrolment Status will now be set to ENROLLED.

Step-by-step guide on accepting an offer:
1. The applicant will receive the Course Offer Letter from you (see sample email received below).
NOTE
The letter mentioned below is one of the configurable email templates as a Provider, and is called the [EMAIL_CRS_OFFER] Course Enrolment Offer Notification, see Customising Email Templatesconfiguration page for more details.
2. The applicant will log back into the Online Applicant Portal, and require to click the REVIEW STUDY OFFER button.
3. Course Details are shown, followed by the Terms and Conditions of the Enrolment. If the applicant agrees to it, click the ACCEPT TERMS button.
NOTE
The TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT section is customisable, see Customising the Application Formconfiguration page for more details on how. The label id is applicant_termsAndConditions
.
NOTE
If the applicant rejects the offer, an email to the applicant and to your course home institution will be sent confirming the rejection of the course offer. This is irreversible for the applicant, unless the staff change the course enrolment status back to "OFFERED", as the course enrolment is set to "offer rejected" and any further action of the student/application on the course enrolment is blocked.
4. After accepting the terms and conditions, the applicant will now be given the STUDENT LOGIN DETAILS or the login credentials going to the STUDENT PORTAL.
