Overview

For instances where you need to edit some details of a student record, you have to go through the process of loading the student record in the system and navigate to the Student > Student Details > Edit Details menus in Paradigm. It will then open a page with all the editable student record fields.

A note when saving the record, for student numbers that are reportable to TCSI – clicking the SAVE STUDENT button will save the details of your changes in Paradigm and will also submit the details to TCSI in real-time.

Load the student’s record.

Go to Student > Search > Enter either the student number or name. > Click Search.

Once you’ve found the student, click the blue hyperlink Student Number under the Student No column to load the Student Summary page.

Edit the student record.

After loading the Student Summary Page, go to Student > Student Details > Edit Details on the side menus. This will open up the Student Details form with all the fields that you can edit.

Update the student's record with your new information.

Click the SAVE STUDENT button to save all the new information you’ve entered.

NOTE:

For student numbers that are reportable to TCSI – clicking the SAVE STUDENT button will save the details of your changes in Paradigm and will also submit the TCSI reportable details to TCSI in real-time.
