Overview
For instances where you need to edit some details of a student record, you have to go through the process of loading the student record in the system and navigate to the Student > Student Details > Edit Details menus in Paradigm. It will then open a page with all the editable student record fields.
A note when saving the record, for student numbers that are reportable to TCSI – clicking the SAVE STUDENT button will save the details of your changes in Paradigm and will also submit the details to TCSI in real-time.

Workflow
How to status:edit a Student Record
status:STEP 1 Load the student’s record.
status:1 Go to Student > Search > Enter either the student number or name. > Click Search.
status:2 Once you’ve found the student, click the blue hyperlink Student Number under the Student No column to load the Student Summary page.
status:STEP 2 Edit the student record.
status:3 After loading the Student Summary Page, go to Student > Student Details > Edit Details on the side menus. This will open up the Student Details form with all the fields that you can edit.
status:4 Update the student's record with your new information.
status:5 Click the SAVE STUDENT button to save all the new information you’ve entered.
NOTE:
For student numbers that are reportable to TCSI – clicking the SAVE STUDENT button will save the details of your changes in Paradigm and will also submit the TCSI reportable details to TCSI in real-time.
