If you want to view/check if the student’s timetable has been updated/displaying correctly with a start date in the future, scroll through the week view on the right-hand side of the timetable screen up until the week of the unit enrolment start date.

How to Load and View the Student Timetable

NOTE:

The Timetable View screen will work as intended if the following prerequisite records have been met:

  • The student enrolled on the Course and Scheduled Units with added sessions

  • The Scheduled Units where the students are enrolled to have SESSIONS added - as the TIMETABLE screen will only show the classes with the specified time in the sessions they’ve enrolled

  • The TIMETABLE Configuration Time Period has been configured accordingly, see Time Period: Edit Configuration Period

  1. Click on the Student tab in the side menu

  2. Click on the Search option in the side menu

  3. Enter at least one of the following options into the relevant search box:

    • Student No,

    • Preferred Name,

    • Given Name,

    • Family Name / Surname,

    • Previous Last Name

  4. Click on the Search Student button.

  5. This will show a list of students that meet these criteria

  6. To filter the list of students, in the search box

    above the list of students, start typing the student's first or given name.

  7. When you see the record for the student you are looking for, click on the student number for that student, highlighted in blue in the left column of that row.

  8. The student's record has now been loaded.

  9. Click on the Course Enrolment option

  2. Click on the View Timetable option in the side menu.

  3. Scroll down to the Timetable section

  4. The current week will be displayed on the screen.

  5. To move between weeks click on the sideways arrows in the top right-hand corner of the timetable section. The dates being viewed are indicated in the top left-hand corner of the timetable section.
