As a Rapla administrator, you have access to all (allowable by Silverband) possible configurations, and that would include managing user account. This knowledge article will guide you to perform some of the common user account management processes in Rapla.
2 Types of User Permissions in

As an administrator in RAPLARapla, you have access to all the Configuration Folders on the Side Menus, which would give you permission to create users, switch in between accounts, create time periods, etc. Basically, all possible functionalities and features in RAPLA Rapla that you are allowed to manipulate – you have control over.

As a non-administrator user of RAPLARapla, you are only allowed to see the Resources Configuration Folder on the Side Menus, which would allow you to create or add new events.

Expand the Users folder on the left hand side to reveal a list of the current users.
Hovering the mouse at the Users section, right click and highlight New, and click on User.
The following dialog will appear
Type in Username (refer to user's log in name), Name (display name under the Users folder) and email address
Choose to assign the user permission as an administrator or not.
Click on Save button.

After you created a new user account by following the above workflow
You can assign the administrator status by select Yes or no from the Edit User window

NOTE: The instructions below assume that the user has already been added in Rapla and that you just want to change its permission level from an Administrator to Non-Admin or the other way around.

Simply create a new password for this inactive user, enter in twice. Click Change.

First to check the current User from the top right hand corner . In this case, Silverband is the current logged in user. Hover your mouse to the user you want to log in and right click Switch to You will notice the screen has been refreshed with a welcoming message from the top right hand corner. If you want to log back in the original user account. Go to left hand top corner and Click on File, select Administrator and click Switch back
