Overview

This section will give you an overview of the time periods in Paradigm that you need to maintain every time you will open the Application Portal and Student Enrolment online. When these time periods are not set properly, your Registration, Online Application Portal, and Student Portal will not work as intended.

Workflow

NOTE

There are three time configurations that will play a big role in using the Application Portal which are to be maintained every time you open a Course for application/enrolment, see System > Edit Time Period for the instructions.

  1. UNIT_ENROLMENT – it controls the scheduled units the student can enrol from the Course Plan

  2. ENROLMENT_PERIOD – period that opens or closes the Course Plan to students [opens and closes online enrolments for students].

  3. APPLICATION_PERIOD – it controls the date (timeframe) when an applicant is allowed to apply to any of your course offerings.
