TCSI Error Description
Please check the Country of Birth Code (E346). It should be reported at the country level (four digits). That is, the last two digits must not be '00'.
Error Logic
If the Country of Birth Code (E346) is not blank (null), then the last 2 characters of the Country of Birth Code (E346) must not be '00'.
Paradigm Error Resolution
This error occurs when the student has been reported with a country of birth that reflects a geographic region or group of countries, rather than a specific country. For example, reporting the student as being born in the United Kingdom will result in this error. Navigate to the TCSI Student Edit screen, update the country of birth to be a valid country name, and then attempt to re-report the record.
Student > Course Enrolment > Student TCSI Edit, under the Semester/Terms/Current Address Details section, look for the In what country were you born field (as shown in the screenshot below).
