Courses Sub-Menus Brief Overview
From here a search can be conducted for Courses that currently exist in the system. These courses can be either Current (Active), Retired (Archived), or Pending Commencement (Pending).
Courses can be added to the System from this section. Once created, students can be enrolled in the course when its status is Active.
Details specific to the course can be edited or updated here.
The course outline contains the rules that define the Course Plan. Units can be added or removed as well as rules around unit / subject teaching scope (Prerequisites, Co-requisites, Disallowed Units, Core Units and Electives).
This sub-menu will help you add a new course offering or scheduled program, and it will also allow you to manage existing ones – e.g. searching and editing courses that are being offered already.
This sub-menu will let you edit and review the fields and information of your courses that will make it compliant to government reporting.
