Student Session Enrolment - Student Permission View

When a student was given this URL (…/student_units_sessions.php) without going to the Student Summary screen first, they might encounter the following error message that prompts them that they need to first load a course enrolment before attempting to go through the sessions selections.

If this happens, advise your students to click on Student > Summary, then click the Sessions from the side menu.

Course Enrolments Section

Make sure the correct course enrolment is loaded, click on the binocular icon to switch between course enrolments:

When a class is at its capacity…

Students will see the message ‘Class is Full' and the session is not selectable, refer to the below message:

Session Enrolment Status

When the student successfully enrolled on the session time they wanted, notice the availability status changes from ‘Available’ to ‘Enrolled'.
