how the Paradigm system is configured for your institution, and
the options that are made available by your institution, and
the access level assigned to you by the "nominated contact person" or other Paradigm expert, according to your permission needs.

Workflow
How to Edit Graduation record
Load the Student Record, follow the steps here: Student - Search
Click on the Course Enrolment option from the side menu.
Click the Course option and expand it.
The COURSE ENROLMENT LIST section at the top of the page shows you a list of all course enrolments for this student.
Click on the ACTIONS button on the same row for the Course to be edited.
Select the Edit Graduation option in the Actions menu.
On the GRADUATION section and add or edit any required details.
Click on the SAVE GRADUATION DETAILS button.
