Do not Schedule Assessments | When rescheduling the units the Assessments if for the new schedule are different or need to be update tick this box skip assessment scheduling. |

Implications
Old Scheduled units should NOT be updated and reused again as this will alter the dates for students previously enrolled into the unit. A new Schedule or a Reschedule needs to be created each time the unit is run.
Always ensure that dates are entered correctly as incorrect information can have a knock on effect for reporting periods. Census date must always fall between the start and end date of the unit and NO LESS than 20% of the way through the entire delivery period of the unit.
Workflow
How to Reschedule a Unit
- Click on the Units tab in the side menu
- Click on the Scheduled Unit Details option in the side menu
- Click on the Reschedule Units option in the side menu
- Enter any combination of Unit Code, Unit Name, Unit Provider, Start Date, End Date (Paradigm requires at least one search criteria)
- Click on the Search Scheduled Unit button.
- This will return a list of units that meet the searched criteria
- To filter the returned options start typing the name of the unit into the search box. The returned results will reduce to match the criteria.
- Select the Tick boxes next to all of the Units to be rescheduled. Please note: All of the selected units to be rescheduled at this moment, will have the same information as shown in the Edit Scheduled Unit Details Section.
- Enter the required information to the fields ensuring the minimum field requirements (Start Date, End Date and HEIMS Census Date and Status set to Active) Additional information is recommended however these fields are required to create a viable and functioning Scheduled Unit record.
- Click on the Reschedule Selected Units button.
