Overview
After creating your Paradigm Sessions for a specific time period, you can now synchronise your data to Paradigm. You have to do due diligence when it comes to your data entry for the data migration to run smoothly. This knowledge article will guide you on how to setup the integration between RAPLA and Paradigm.

How to synchronise
Rapla sessionsRAPLA Sessions to Paradigm
EMSClick on the System tab in the side menu
NOTE: The instructions below assume that you have the FULL ADMIN account access level in Paradigm to manage the data synchronisation from RAPLA to Paradigm.
Log into your Paradigm account.
Choose System > Rapla Session Import menus on the side. It will lead you to the following page:
Enter the start date of the Academic year in the date from field and select SemesterEnter the end date of the Academic Year in the to date field and select Semester Semester Start and End Date of the sessions that you want to import.
Enter a Session Unit Code is optional if you only want a specific or one unit code to be imported.
Select a scheduled Scheduled Unit Provider that you want to import across from RaplaRAPLA.
Click on the Update Sessions UPDATE SESSIONS button.
