Overview
There are data resource templates or email templates in Paradigm which are highly customisable, some of them are related to the Application Portal feature. These email templates are the default emails to be sent to and from, the applicant and the Provider in the whole duration of the application/enrolment process.
Workflow
1. Refer to the instructions on this knowledge article on how to search for a template in the Provider Record in Paradigm: How to SEARCH for a Communication Module Template.
