Overview

This section of the Course Record in Paradigm will set the Audition/Interview schedules if deemed required for the Course applicant to do so. Note that currently, Paradigm is configured that all interview/audition sessions must be billable with and requires an online payment.

Workflow

1. Refer to this knowledge article for a comprehensive discussion on how to come up with a Course Outline in Paradigm: Manage Course Outlines

NOTE:

The instructions below assume that a Course designed for Interview or Audition schedules is already created as one of the Scheduled Unit in Paradigm with all the possible interview/audition sessions/schedules. If not, refer to the following instruction:

  1. Create a Base and then a Scheduled Unit with the Course Name designed as Scheduled Unit in Paradigm to hold the interview/audition sessions/schedules. see Add Base Unit >> Add Scheduled Unit

  2. Add the interview/audition sessions/schedules in Paradigm by referring to the instructions on this article: How to Add a Session(s) to a Scheduled Unit. If you prefer to do your sessions/schedules via Rapla, refer to our Rapla Knowledge Base documentation.

  3. Add a scheduled unit fee of the set interview / audition session (as currently, Paradigm is configured that all interview/audition sessions must be billable with and requires an online payment), see Adding Fees to Scheduled Units.

2. With the scheduled unit and interview/audition sessions, and fee set, you can now add it as one of the constraints in your Course Outline, see Adding Core and Elective Units workflow.

3. Proceed to the

part of the instructions, follow the rest of the steps, except when you get to step

, select Application Unit as the Constraint Type instead.

4. After saving, the scheduled unit that you just added with the interview/audition sessions should appear in your Course Outline table with an Application Unit constraint type, see sample screenshot below.
