1 How to search for Heims Question

1.1 Click on the System tab in the side menu

1.2 Click on the Search HEIMS question option within the Side Menu

1.3 HEIMS Questions can be searched for by Question Id ( e.g.Element number - E390) or Question Type (e.g. Fee-HELP, Completion) or Question Name (e.g. School)

1.4 Enter the search term into the correct search field

1.5 Click on the Search Question Button

1.6 Click on the blue Hyperlink next to the option you wish to view

1.7 All of the options within that question will now appear on the screen. These options will include both current and archived (retired) responses for this question.
