This list will be determined by what statuses are used within your institution.
Home Institution
To which institution do these students belong to. This is only relevant if there are more that one is within your Provider
The college, campus or institution where the student is primarily enrolled and undertaking studies.
Funding Type

Start Date
On what date / Study period did the students commence the course

What is the main contact mode the

Workflow

How to Search to Search for Students by Course

  1. In the Side Menu click Click on the Student Tab .in the side menu
  2. Click on the search Search Course option in the side menu.
  3. Select the required course from You must choose one of the available options in each of these drop boxes:
    1. the Course Name
    Drop
    1. drop box, and
    Select
    1. the Enrolment
    status required from the enrolment status
    1. Status drop box. (
    These two are required to produce
    1. both of these must be chosen to show you a list)
  4. Select any other options to reduce the results.Choose or type values for any of the following, to filter the results shown in the list
    1. Home Institution
    2. Funding Type
    3. Start Date
    4. End Date
    5. Contact Mode
    6. Contact Hours
    7. Agent
  5. Choose from the available options in the Order By drop box, to sort the listed results
  6. Click on the Search Course Enrolments button.
