HEIMS questions are the data / information required to be reported to the Government by all Higher Education providers. These questions are formatted and have specific pre-determined answers and codes.

How to search for

HEIMS Question
- Click on the System tab in the side menu
- Click on the Search HEIMS question option within the Side Menu
- HEIMS Questions can be searched for by Question Id ( e.g.Element number - E390) or Question Type (e.g. Fee-HELP, Completion) or Question Name (e.g. School)
- Enter the search term into the correct search field
- Click on the Search Question Button
- Click on the blue Hyperlink next to the option you wish to view
- All of the options within that question will now appear on the screen. These options will include both current and archived (retired) responses for this question.
