Objective
Upon Completion of this KB the user will be able to view, and assess missing TFN's and CHESSN's
Assumptions
- The user has the minimum required level to access the System Tab
- The user has an understanding of the Australian Tertiary Education System / VET Sector
- The must be one of the institution's approved officers to view and handle TFN's

This Report will allow high end or power users to access TFN's in a human readable format to access and missing numbers or numbers that do not meet the ATO's format.
Workflow
How to Retrieve a TFN and CHESSN List
- Click on the System tab in the side menu
- Click on the View Tax File Number option in the side menu
- The report will now load.
- From here the user will be able to review the enrolment status of the students listed
- Locate the Student record (Students are in Numerical, student Id order) to see if the student has provided a TFN
- You can check to see If the TFN has passed the TFN checking algorithm within the system and is valid (passed) or not (failed)
- You can check if the Student has either been given or provided a CHESSN
- You can check what the students's current enrolment status is.
- Also view-able here is if the student has a USI number and the date the USI number has been validated
