This Report will allow high end or power users to access TFN's in a human readable format to access and missing numbers or numbers that do not meet the ATO's format.
Workflow
How to Retrieve a TFN and CHESSN List
- Click on the System option in the side menu
- Click on the View Tax File Number option in the side menu
- The report will now load.
- From here the user will be able to review the enrolment status of the students listed
- View if the student has provided a TFN
- If the TFN has passed the TFN checking algorithm within the system and is valid (passed) or not (failed)
- If the Student has a CHESSN
- What the students's enrolment status is.
- Also view-able here is if the student has a USI number and the date the USI number was validate
