Now that you are done creating events and sessions, you have the option to publish your creation timetable in HTML format. This is very useful if you want other staff members to view all, or some part of the sessions or events, without the need of getting them logged into RAPLARapla. This knowledge article will guide you on how to publish an HTML Calendar View of the sessions or events in RAPLARapla.
NOTE
The HTML output, view, or display will depend on your current Main Calendar View. It is very important that you are already familiar with all the factors that will affect your main view before you use the Publish menu in RAPLARapla. You can revisit the RAPLA Rapla User Interfacepage if you have questions with the instructions of the Workflow below.
Once you publish or share the HTML link, it presents the a live calendar view of RAPLA Rapla such that when an admin or other users change or edit the sessions on of that timetable, the users who view from the HTML link your provided will get a an updated (spontaneous) view of the calendar/timetablechanges made.
