In this training session, we will provide an overview of Paradigm, including an introduction to the Paradigm User Interface – giving a strong focus to the areas in Paradigm [student page, forms, fields] where you can create a new student record, and an understanding of your business or institution to help you comply to the government reporting mandate.a summary of supported government reporting standards, and instructions on creating new staff user accounts. By the end of this training session, you will learn how to create and maintain a student record.

4. Extension


Duration: 40 20 minutes

The following tasks are recommended for users to complete at the conclusion of each training session to ensure that the content is understood and to establish familiarity with Paradigm terminology and its user interface.

Any records created during this section may be raised for review at the beginning of the next session to ensure that the data has been entered correctly, for example, meeting the relevant government reporting standard.

Tasks:

  • Create a new staff user account

  • Assign a permission group to the newly created staff user account

  • Create a domestic student record

  • Create an international student record

  • Upload a student image / photo

  • Generate a student card

  • OPTIONAL: Create a helpdesk ticket to re-brand the student card
