Training Plan Outlines
Overview
Â
The Silverband support team is available to conduct scheduled training sessions to ensure that Nominated Contact Personnel are supported in the use of our software. The training plans outlined below have been developed to support a wide range of scenarios including:
Providers being onboarded to our software
New users joining an established team already using Paradigm,
Long-time Paradigm users requiring refresher or extension training in the use of our software
Our recent shift to delivering training sessions entirely online ensures that our users can access training services irrespective of where they are residing or working. This is part of our ongoing efforts to support the evolving expectations and changing requirements of our providers and their users.
This training plan outline serves as a preview of the topics that are expected to be covered during our regular training modules. During training we expect that our users will gain competency and confidence in the use of our software; become comfortable with relying on our knowledge articles for support; gain awareness of useful external 3rd party resources, and engage in self-paced exercises that require the user to test their understanding to dynamically draw upon the training material to complete routine tasks or workflows within our software.

Assumptions
NOTE:
Users from established providers onboarding to Paradigm should expect to see migrated data already in the system prior to the delivery of regular end-user training. Examples of these records may include:

BE ADVISED:
Users joining an established team already using Paradigm are encouraged to seek supplemental advice from their workplace to confirm the established procedures for using our software. The Silverband support team does not have prior knowledge of the unique processes, policies, and procedures present within each provider that may limit or restrict the use of specific functions or features of our software.
